Addressing the board

Members of the public are welcome to address the Board of Trustees during the public comment portion of any regular board meeting. The board meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the SCSD2 Administration Office. To speak at a board meeting, sign in on the public comment sheet available at the entrance before the meeting begins.

Guidelines

• —State your name and address at the beginning of your comments.
• —Comments are limited to three to five minutes per speaker.
• —The board listens to public comment but does not engage in debate during the public comment period.
• —Please keep comments respectful and directed at issues, not individuals.
• —Matters involving specific employees or students should be directed to the Superintendent, not raised during public session.

Meeting schedule

Regular board meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. All meetings are open to the public.
