Enrollment steps
- Determine your school assignment based on your home address (call (812) 752-8921 if unsure)
- Gather required documents: proof of residency, birth certificate, immunization records, and previous school records
- Complete online enrollment through Harmony Family Access
- Contact your school office to schedule an enrollment appointment if needed
Required documents
- Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement)
- Child's birth certificate
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Previous school records and transcripts (if applicable)
- Custody documents (if applicable)
