2025-2026 Current Student Registration

Registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open!

To register an existing student, click the Harmony Family Access link below. Current students’ families will need their Harmony Family Access account username and password to register online. At the top of your Harmony account, you’ll see green tiles for each student linked to your account. Navigate between tiles to complete all registration forms available. Completed forms will show a green check mark. All forms are required for registration. 

Special Note: If you are also enrolling a new student to your current account, you will need to “enroll a new student” to add their green tile to the top. To do so, follow the directions below for new students including the registration code step. Do not select “enroll a new student” if your child has ever attended an SCSD2 school in the past as this will create a duplicate account. Please use the Registration Help Form for assistance or call your child’s school during office hours (starting July 21, 2025).

2025-2026 New Student Registration

For students brand new to Scott County School District 2, in grades Kindergarten-12, please click the Harmony Family Access link to register. Families will need to create a new account in Harmony Family Access. We recommend saving this login information as you will utilize Harmony Family Access throughout the school year.

Once completing the initial demographic information, please contact your child’s school to receive a registration code. This code is needed to complete all necessary registration forms. School offices open on Monday, July 21, 2025. Your building staff can assist you with registration codes and next steps during office hours. Need additional help? Use the Registration Help Form to contact friendly SCSD2 IT personnel. 

We encourage new families to consider attending an in-person registration event at their respective building. While you will still complete forms online, you will have access to school personnel each step of the way. However, you can complete new student registration fully online if you choose to do so. 

Special Note: If your child previously attended SCSD2 but has since attended another school, you still have an active Harmony Family Access account, and your student is not considered new. Do not choose “enroll a new student” as this will potentially create a duplicate account. Please use the help form below or contact the school for Harmony Family Access assistance.
